Avoiding Trans Fat

We have heard about unique sorts of fat. But what is Trans fat? Trans fat is the name of unsaturated fat. This fat might be monounsaturated or polyunsaturated but never saturated. In unsaturated fat the fat molecule contains one or more double bonds between the carbon atoms. As you'll find double bonds between the carbon atoms so the bonds between the hydrogen atoms are less. So it's unsaturated. Only unsaturated fats might be this fat. Chemically this fat is really a lipid molecule. It contains one or far more double bonds. These fats are also called hydrogenated fats. These fats are made by adding hydrogen to liquid vegetables oil under pressure. This fat is challenging at room temperature. Maximum Trans fats are artificial. They're man made. In some animal meat and dairy products we can locate Trans fat. These fats have irregular shapes. So the body doesn't know how to metabolize these fats.

In some foods this fats are present in high level .These fats are dangerous. They can trigger heart disease. In Pastries and cakes, French fries, doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, chocolates, mergerine, shortening, fried chicken, crackers, potato chips the above mentioned fats are present in high level

Some of these fats are found naturally. Name of one naturally found fat is CLA.CLA means conjugated lenoleic acid. This CLA has numerous health benefits.

The Trans fats are not very good for our health. These fats improve the cholesterol levels within the blood. Other harmful fats are also increased in blood because of these fats. They also decrease the great cholesterol in the blood. These fats spoil the blood fat levels. They also raise the harmful lipids. They block the arteries and blood cannot flow through them. Risk of heart illness is maximum because of these fats. In case of women the risk of heart disease is high. These fats decrease the cognitive function of the brain in people more than 65 years of age

These fats are incredibly harmful for youngsters also. In fried sweets, namkeens, street foods, hotel and restaurant food, microwave meals, quick food and in junk foods these foods are available. Food manufacturers make these fats to ensure that the food may be stored for lengthy time. When hydrogen is added to vegetable oils this fat is produced. It improves shelf life, flavor and functional properties. People will need to not take this fat in big quantity. Since this fat causes heart disease. This fat increases the risk of coronary heart disease. People are aware of the bad effect of these fats. So all of us must be alert while taking the foods which contain the above mentioned fats.
